WHEN BOOKING FOR CHILDREN

• Please book the appointment under the name OF THE CHILD (CLIENT). If you are a new client, you will be asked to create an account. Please input the child’s name and birthday in the profile fields section.

• You will then be asked to create a family member profile, please then create a profile for yourself (the parent/guardian), noting that the family member profile you just created is the “parent” or “guardian” of the child

• Please note a separate consent form will be emailed for each child. Please sign into your account to view all outstanding forms.
